World of Warcraft Item Upgrades
Upgrades to items are an essential aspect of preparing your character. Upgrades increase the base damage and the enchantments of items.
They also provide bonus effects and enhancements. They can be acquired from the Blacksmith.
Players can recycle any item by pressing the upgrade button on it. Every item recycled adds a level to the gauge for upgrading.

When the weapon is upgraded it will gain an initial damage bonus, as well as an increase in the scaling factor that affects other stats. Two Blacksmiths are able to perform these upgrades in the game: Blacksmith Iji on the Road to the Manor Site of Grace and Smithing Master Hewg at the Church of Elleh hub. The upgrade materials are both different: Smithing Stones to modify the kind of damage a weapon deals and Somber Smithing Stones to alter the standard weapons.
In general, it's advisable to upgrade your weapon damage first. Then item upgrading can improve your armor defense, and then those secondary stats that are required by your build. It is not unusual to see melee Druids upgrade their weapon before upgrading other gear. This can help increase DPS. This is particularly true for enchantments, which can be extremely efficient in increasing the weapon's damage and other stats.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild lets players upgrade their armor sets to level 4. To do so it is necessary to visit each of the four locations known as Great Fairy Fountains in the game. Each of these locations holds a powerful fairy who can upgrade one piece of armor for the player.

You can reforge an item for as many times as you like, but it will always have an impact that is different from the one that it had when you first made it.
You can upgrade your Trinkets in the Alchemy Station by placing them into the Magical Catalyst. This will cost 6 energy, but increase the power of the trinkets by a small amount.
